DIY Room Decor Part 2: The Finished Results!

Hey Everyone! I'm so sorry that I didn't upload a blog yesterday. My little sister turned 11 yesterday, so we celebrated her birthday. When we got home from the restaurant, Teen Beach Movie was already on, so I watched some of it with her, and by the time it finished, it was almost 10. I hadn't even taken any pictures of my finished DIY room decor, and I wanted to take the pictures during the day, so that was that. But all in all, my little sister had a fun day, and now she's out with her friend(they went to watch Turbo!), so she's having another fun day. 

Okay, so I've finally finished my DIY room decor! I haven't put it up on my wall yet, but here it is!

I used the faces of the cereal boxes I showed you on Tuesday.  I took white paper, and wrote different movie quotes, song lyrics, and Bible Scriptures. Once I finished decorating them, I glued them to the cardboard.

The one to the left is a Scripture verse, Mark 12:30 to be exact. The one to the right is a quote from the movie Perks of Being a Wallflower. To be honest, I've never even watched the movie! Knowing some of the quotes just makes me feel as if I've already watched it. I feel like I'm going to cry when I watch it, but I'm going to try and watch it soon. I really want to!

The one to the left is a verse from a song I've never heard before.  Madison Beer has it written in her Instagram bio, and I just like the sound of it. It's all good! The one to the right is a verse from a Beatles song that I have also never heard before. Don't get me wrong, I love The Beatles and their music, but I haven't heard every single one of their songs before. I haven't even heard all of One Direction's songs, and One Direction doesn't have nearly as much songs as The Beatles!

In this picture, the quote to the left is a song a lot of people have heard(If you haven't heard it, it's okay!). It's a verse from a Beatles song! It's actually the title of the song too! The verse to the left is one of my favorite verses, Psalm 136:1. It's actually written throughout the Book of Psalms.

As you can see, I really like Scripture verses. They're like words of wisdom! The verse to the left is Psalm 150:6. The verse to the left is Mark 12:31. (Please don't get offended if you don't read the Bible, or are not a Christian. It doesn't mean you're not awesome!) 

The quote to the left is a quote from Perks of Being a Wallflower again!  I have no idea what it means, but I just really like it. When I showed my Mom this DIY heart decoration, she got serious about this quote because it says "I swear". I told her that it was a movie quote, but she wouldn't have it, so I'm going to change it to "they swear". (P.S. I don't swear on anything!) The verse to the right is a Bible verse, John 3:16, another one of my favorite verses!

So there it is! My DIY room decor. Tell me what you think about it! You should try to make it too, because it's really easy. The only reason I didn't finish it in a day is because I was too busy watching t.v. Ha!
