What a Girl Wants + How to Make Money

Hey Everyone! Happy Friday! So, yesterday was my last full day in high school, because today, Monday, and Tuesday, I get out early! I'm so excited, and it seems like it's kind of hit me, but not really. Anyway, today I'm posting a collage because I really like to post collages of different topics, and just talk about them. I don't think I've done this for a while, so I'll post it today. Today's topic is What A Girl Wants, because I feel like there are certain things that most girls, if not all girls, want. So, I'm just going to show you some of the things that we can all collectively agree that we really want!

1. The Tumblr Room: First, is the kind of rooms that we type into Google and scroll through Tumblr looking for. It's the beloved Tumblr Room. We all want that cute bedroom with lights draped across the walls, and Polaroid pictures made into a collage and put on the wall. We would all like the fluffy comforter, the girly pillows, and the prestigious Macbook Pro (admit it!).

2. Cute Accessories: I've been seeing the act of "watch stacking" a lot recently (I don't know if that's actually what it's called, but it's when you wear a watch and stack it with like 2 or 3 bracelets of different designs, like the one in the pic shown.). I think that it's super cute! There are a lot of different watch designs from a bedazzled rim, to cat ears, and a lot of watches are pretty cheap too!

3. The Designer Life: A third thing most of us want is a designer item! Even if it's just one Michael Kors handbag or one pair of Tory Burch sandals to wear all the time!

You know that I wouldn't just post things that us girls want without telling you how to reach your goals and make money in order to obtain these "wants". So here are some ways that you can make money!

• Internet: There are so many legitimate websites that will pay you or reward you with gift cards for doing simple thing, like taking a survey or just walking into a store! Some of the websites that I've used are Swagbucks, where you just have to obtain points by taking polls and playing games, and Opinion Outpost, where you just take surveys. Some legitimate apps include Viggle, which rewards you for watching T.V, and Shopkick, which rewards you for shopping or just for walking into a store!

Note: When you're looking for websites or apps where you can make money or get rewards, make sure that you know which ones are legitimate!

• Jobs: You can also make money the old fashioned way like by walking dogs or helping your neighbors garden or take the trash to the curb. These honestly don't really work for me just because people in my neighbor enjoy doing these things by themselves. But you can also do things like homemade baking or handmade jewelry, and stuff like that!

• Other things you can do are find jobs around your community. I know that if you're 15 or older, and are certified, you can be a lifeguard at your local pool or beach. You can also work at a country club if you're 15 or older.

These aren't the easiest jobs to do. Sometimes, it takes a while to obtain points on the websites and apps, and sometimes people won't buy your homemade brownies or that cute bracelet that you worked so hard on. Also, it might get discouraging when you're looking for a real job like working at a country club or a store, but don't give up on any of these jobs!
