Would You Like to Hear About My "lovely" Day?

Update*: Hey Peeps! I thought I should probably let you now that I won't be posting anything on Friday (today). I'll tell you why in tomorrow's post!

Heeeeyyyy Everyone!

How are you doing today?!?

At first I wasn't doing so well; I had a really bad stomach ache this morning, so I had to skip the morning Bible study that I usually go to on Tuesdays (I was not happy about that.), but I'm better now, and I'm not gossiping or anything, but I heard that a lot of people have been getting sick from the dining hall food...
just saying.

Anyway, I thought I would just take the time to tell you lovely people how my day went yesterday.
So, rewind to yesterday; it was a really anxiety-stricken day for me. Here's why:

First, I woke up, did my normal morning routine: Bible/Quiet time, exercise, eat, etc. Then, I got on the computer to check my email turn in some of my work and whatnot. 

When I checked my school email, I saw that there was yet another Timely Warning (there have been like 3 in the past month). Around 11 on Sunday night, a guy was walking somewhere (why he was walking around by himself at 11PM, I don't know), and out of nowhere, someone knocks him over the head. Well, he lays there unconscious for a few minutes, while this thief steals his phone and runs away.

When I read about it, I was honestly more annoyed than scared because the town where this college is is a fairly safe town, and none of this started happening until last month, so I'm suspicious...

Anyway, one of my friends had invited me to a Bible study that her sorority was holding, so  I decided I would check it out. When I was at the meeting, I heard my friend talking to someone about a rumored shooting that was gonna take place. ??????

By that time, let's be honest, I was more scared than annoyed.

Adding on to that, I had to walk back to my room...by myself!

Um, how about no?
(Note: I know that God is with me and all, but yeah...)

But thankfully, I got back to my room safely, changed into my pajamas, and went on the computer, until the fire alarm went off.
??????

I didn't hear anyone running down the halls, so I just assumed someone pulled it for fun (how does one even consider that fun?), so I went out of my room, and peeked around the corner, and there's was no one there, but then I saw people going outside, so I followed.

But then, I looked down and I saw that I was wearing shorts, and my legs were hairy (I haven't shaved in a minute. Judge me...) and ashy, so I ran back in my room, changed into sweatpants, and ran outside, just in case something was really happening.

Turns out something set off the alarm. I heard someone had taken a smoke (um, I thought this was a drug free school) and threw the ashes in the trash, and that was what set off the alarm.

Like...

But, yeah, that was my "lovely" day...
