Hey Everyone!!!!!!! How's your Saturday going? Well, my bloggers block is over, so today I'm going to do this month's Itunu's Views. This edition of Itunu's Views is very exciting for me because in less than a month...I'm graduating!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm really excited, but kind of sad at the same time. But, I'm still excited!!!!!!!
My Confessions
Okay, I will admit, I do have some regrets about my high school career, so I'll just list a few of them:
1. In 9th and 10th grade, I was bullied. So, as a result, I kind of got behind in my schoolwork, which led to a few bad grades. I regret not pushing through and staying focus, because if I had, I would have been an Honor Grade (having a 90% or higher average). I'm doing pretty well with my grades this semester, so there's still hope for being an Honor Grad! (Pray for me!)
2. I never went to a football game. You're probably like "Are you serious?!?!?". But I didn't really have anyone to go with when I wanted to go, and when I did have someone to go with, I didn't feel like going!
3. I never went to a homecoming dance. Like the football games, when I did want to go, I didn't have anyone to go with, but when my sister and her friends were going, I didn't want to.
So, those are my confessions! I didn't tell you so you could pity me or so I would hang on to there regrets. I listed them because I'm leaving them in the past, and looking at the opportunities that lie ahead. There are going to be football games and dances and another chance to be an Honor Grad in college. So, I'm excited for that!
Graduation Dress Shopping
Graduation dress shopping might not seem like a big problem, but when you're hunting for a white dress, it definitely is! At my school, the girl's cap and gowns are white, so we have to wear a white dress underneath so that it doesn't show through the gown. I know there are a lot of white dresses out there, but I feel like it's going to be hard to find the right one. (Gosh! I sound like I'm looking for a wedding dress!) I haven't exactly starting looking at stores yet, but I have looked online. I want to buy a dress from an online store, because feel like if I buy one from like Forever 21 or a common store like that, everyone will have it! So, if you have any online store recommendations, please comment!
Post-High School Plans
After high school, I plan on attending a university in Georgia (I don't want to be too far away from home!). My plan is to come home every two weekends. My sister goes to college four hours away, so we only get to see here on some holidays and her spring break, and I don't like that, so I want to come home almost every weekend! I want to study Mass Communications, so I can be a correspondent on E!News or something!
I hope you enjoyed my Graduation Edition of Itunu's Views! If you're graduating soon, I'd really like to know what your post-high school or post-college plans are! So comment!
Thank You!
