Summer Morning Routine 2014

Hey Everyone! I know, I know, school is just around the corner, and as much as we want Summer 2014 to stay around a while longer, we just have to get on with our lives!
My little sister actually started her first day of 7th grade today (Why they chose the first day of school to be on a Tuesday, I don't know.).
Although school is starting back up really soon, it's still summer right?
So, I thought I would show you my summer morning routine!

P.S. It's kinda blurry, so I typed it below!

1. Wake up (I don't know why I put wake up as 1 word!)

2. Pray and Read My Bible

3. Go to the bathroom and wash my face

4. Exercise: I think it's a good idea to exercise in the morning because you most likely won't feel like exercising once you're on the computer, eating, etc.

5. Read a book: I like to read a book for 10 to 20 minutes before I go on the computer so I don't have to say I was on the computer all day!

6. Computer: I check my emails, read other blogs, go on Pinterest, etc. Sometimes, I alternate between the laptop and my phone, and other times, I just use both at the same time (guilty!).

7. Eat Breakfast and Watch T.V: During the summer break, I usually don't eat breakfast until after 1, and then I watch t.v with my Mom!

So, that's my morning( and slightly afternoon) routine!
I hope you enjoyed it!

Tell me what your "to-do" list is for the morning!
Thank You!

10 Fun(and Cheap!) Things to do Before the End of Summer 2014

Hey Everyone! How was your Fourth of July weekend? I already told you what I did in my last post, so you can check that out if you want!
Well, as much as we don't want to admit it, for some of us, school is starting very soon (tears). But, if your summer has been kind of blah so far, don't worry! Summer 2014 isn't over just yet! So, today I'm going to give you some ideas on fun things you can do before the end of this summer. These ideas aren't that pricey either, so you get to have fun while not spending much money. It's a win-win situation!
I had intended on making this post pretty descriptive, but last night, the palm of my hand started aching really badly. It probably has to do with the fact that these past few days (excluding Sunday), I've been on the computer basically all day. I'm trying to cut back on my computer time, so this post won't be as long and descriptive as I planned. Sorry :)

P.S. I included a few of these ideas in my 14 Fun Things to do this Spring Break 2014 post back in March. You can refer back to that post for even more fun ideas!

1. Plan a barbecue/sleepover/fun party

2. Take up a new hobby. (ex. dancing, learning how to play the guitar, even knitting!)

3. Catch a movie, or if you want to be really creative, make a movie!

4. Brush up on a skill that you forgot you had. (ex. sports, a language, instruments)

5. Visit an attraction in your town that you've never been to or rarely go to. (ex. aquarium, amusement park)

6. DIYs (Hopefully, I will have a few DIYs up soon!)

7. Go to a food truck place and eat away! (The places that have food trucks lined up; I don't know what they're called!)

8. Come up with a delicious, new family recipe that will be sure to go down in your family's history!

9. Past time Activities! (bowling, skating, playing cards, karaoke!)

10. Go on a road trip! (I'll have a Road Trip Essentials post up in the next few weeks!)

Fourth of July Outfit Idea

Hey Everyone! Happy Fridayyy! What are your weekend plans? I don't think I'm doing anything really other than the usual-computer, t.v, phone as I always say!
So, if you live in the U.S, you probably know that the Fourth of July is next week, so I thought I would show you a cute outfit to rock this July 4th!

For more details on this look, you can check out my Polyvore page!

Here's a challenge...well, it's not really a challenge, but: Wear at least one color of the American flag on July 4th. It doesn't have to be all three colors, just one if you're not interested in going all out! You have to show your American pride, right? (I'm not even American, and I'm going to wear one or more of the colors on July 4th, which is funny because those are the same colors of the United Kingdom flag. Hehe.)

I think that this outfit is great for any 4th of July occasion, whether you're going to a picnic or barbecue, or even if you're just going to watch fireworks. Pair a cute crop top with bright shorts and cute sneaks for a cute and casual look. Then you can add a little pizzazz with a hair bow, and American flag earrings. Even if it is burning hot like it's been the past few weeks, take a cardigan or a denim jacket, like the one in the picture, just in case it gets a little chilly when you go and watch the fireworks.

If you have a cute ootd for Independence Day, be sure to tweet me your pics on Twitter @itunu_aro. I don't know what I'm wearing yet, but I might have a post a picture on Twitter, so look out for that too!

Who? What? Wear?: Disney World

Hey Everyone! I am so exhausted right now! Let me tell you all about the past two days: Yesterday, I went to my college orientation. It was pretty exciting, but nerve raking at the same time. I've said this in previous posts, but I'm not the most out-going person. Because of this, it was really hard to connect with people and make potential friends. I did see 2 other girls from my high school, so I talked to them, and I did make small talk with other people, but the conversations kind of just awkwardly lingered. There were over 100 of us, and we were group 3 out of 6 groups that are having orientation in the next few weeks, or that have already had orientation over the past few weeks. So, I'm really hoping that I can find some good, supportive friends when I start college!
So, we stayed overnight so that we could get the full college experience, and it was all pretty fun!

But anyway, today I'm doing another edition of Where Ya Going? Whatcha Wearing?, but I thought about it, and the title is so long! So, I changed it to Who? What Wear? I changed it up a bit, so the outfit is kind of custom to your style. I'll probably just stick to doing one outfit per post for a bunch of different locations, so if you see an outfit for a certain location that I didn't match with your style, just send me a message or comment below!

Who: You!
What('s your style): Casual, Cute, and Comfy
Wear: muscle tees, cute shorts and sneaks, with a pair of sunnies and a simple, but sweet wristlet

If you want suggestions on what to wear when you're going to Disney World for a more girly look, or maybe a preppy look, be sure to tell me in the comments! If you liked this post, then why not subscribe, eh?

Summer Fitness Routine

Hey Everyone! How is your Saturday going? I've basically been on my regular Saturday routine: Computer, Twitter, Instagram, repeat. But I finished out the day well by getting McDonald's...probably not the best thing to say especially for today's post!
Here's my Summer Workout Routine! Hehe...

To get all the details on this workout look, check out my Polyvore Page!

Be sure that you're wearing something comfortable, something that you can exercise in.

You probably won't be able to carry a bottle of water with you while you're running, but be sure to hydrate before and after you workout, as well as throughout the day.
If you want to listen to music while working out, then go ahead! My little sister actually said something wise about this. When you're running, it's best not to have both earplugs in, especially when you're running by yourself. Use caution.

So, here's my Summer Workout Routine!

1. I usually do jumping jacks right before I stretch. I don't know why I don't stretch before I do jumping jacks, I'm just weird like that! I try to do 5 sets of 20 jumping jacks throughout my whole workout because it's really good for your legs.

2. Next, I do 50 squats, and it's just when you squat down and jump up. When I first started doing squat jumps, it was so hard for me, but once you get used to it, it's not THAT hard (but, it is still hard!)

3. Then, I do side twists. You start off with your back leaned back and your feet slightly off the floor. Then twist to one side, and then to the next side. You can either count to 100 as you go from side to side, or you can count to 50, because going from one side to the other side equals one cycle.

4. I do the bicycle two ways: Sometimes, I straighten each leg out, but others times, I actually do the bicycle motion. I usually do 20 of these.

 5. I don't know if this is what this exercise is called, but it is backwards sit ups. You basically just rock back and forth without your head touching the ground. (It's not as easy as it sounds!) I do 20 of these.

6. After that, I do lunge jumps, which is getting into a lunge position, jumping up, and then switching to the other leg. I don't usually count how many of these I do, but it's about 10-15 cycles.

7. Lastly, I just stretch again.

Then, you're finished with the workout!

P.S. These aren't easy exercises, and you're not going to get an awesome bikini body the first time you do this workout, but keep working toward your goal, and you'll look great!

Summer Collage

Hey Everyone! Happy Saturday! So, guess what? I'm graduating tomorrow! I'm so excited, but nervous at the same time! (If you're graduating high school, college, middle school, or even elementary school, Congratulations from me to you!) For me, Summer Break has officially started, so I thought I would post a cool collage of the summertime!
P.S. Don't worry, for those of you who haven't started Summer Break yet, hang in there a few more weeks. I'll probably do a few Summer DIY projects leading up to Summer officially starting next month!

These are just a few things that come to mind when I think of Summer.
1. Cute Penny Boards: I don't have a penny board, but I think that they're so cute, especially the pastel colored ones. I don't even know how to skateboard, but I still think that penny boards are super cute!

2. Buggy Vans: I'm not sure what these are called: Buggy Vans, Volkswagen Vans, Caravans, but these cars are so cool! I actually think that they're probably the coolest cars out there, and I'm not just saying that because One Direction rode in an orange buggy van in What Makes You Beautiful (remember that?)!

3. OOTDs: Summer is a time where you can be so creative and expressive yourself in clothing. So, Summer OOTDs are really fun, creative, and ca-yute!

4 & 5: Healthy and Colorful Food: I feel like Summer is really the time when fruit comes out a lot. I'll post some healthy and delicious recipes in the summertime!

6. OOTD #2: Again with the OOTDs! I just think Summer outfits are so cute!

7. Lemonade: When I think of Summer, I think of yummy lemonade!

8. Sunglasses: Sunglasses are a must for Summer, and there are so many cool prints and styles out there, so check them out!

What do you think of when you hear the word "Summer"? Comment!
